What makes us Unique?
This is simple. Our attention to detail, Accuracy and our fast delivery is what
we are all about. All of our vast libraries are custom designed to IPC specifications
and with extensive silkscreen detail included to produce very detailed assembly drawings. We
will also design custom libraries to your specifications.
Vaughn Engineering does not autoroute. Even though we own the state of the art autorouters, we opt to go with manual routing because it serves to produce a better quality product in the long run, that said we will still compete with the best of them to deliver your product very fast working multiple shifts to get the job done on your schedule.

Communication
We stress having solid communication with our customers. Besides having the standard phone and
fax numbers we also use satellite on-line services for very fast upload & download of email. As we
all know PCB/Gerber files even condensed can be very large and we can send & receive files in
a matter of a few minutes. We will also do in house consultation either at our facility or at your
company.
Quoting Your Design
Supply us with enough data; schematics, mechanical drawings, net-list, parts lists, part data,
etc. and a time frame of how fast you need the design and we'll use our in-house formulas to
produce a price and turn-around time. You will receive your quote in less than 2 hours of receiving
the required data. You'll find our price to be very competitive and our turn-around times will surprise you.
